Spiced Ricotta Honey Toast

2 slices Promise Gluten Free Wholesome Brown Loaf

4 generous tablespoons of ricotta cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons of honey
¼ teaspoon of fennel seeds
¼ teaspoon of coriander seeds

Slices of apricot
A pinch of chili flakes

Step 1

Dry roast the spices in a small frying pan for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Transfer them to a mortar and pestle, add chili flakes, and crush into smaller pieces.

Step 2

Toast the bread until golden brown.

Step 3

Spread the toasted bread thickly with ricotta cheese and drizzle it with honey.

Step 4

Finish by sprinkling the crushed spice mix over the ricotta and honey-covered bread. Enjoy!
