2 Eggs
1 Tsp butter or oil
Salt and Pepper
Chopped chives, to garnish.

Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter or oil in a small pan.

Add eggs and scramble.

Toast the bread and serve eggs on top, garnish with chives.
