4 Slices Promise Gluten Free Brioche Bread
1 Tablespoon of melted butter or oil
150g Mascarpone Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Fresh Fruit – Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries.

STEPS
STEP 1

Cut out rounds from white sliced loaf with a cookie cutter.

STEP 2

Brush with butter or oil.

STEP 3

Push into a muffin tray and bake at 180 c for 15 minutes2.

STEP 4

Mix the mascarpone with vanilla essence, use to fill the cases.

STEP 5

Top with fresh berries.

STEP 6

Serve and enjoy.
