Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 PureBred Gluten Free White Rolls
5 tbsp butter
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 white rolls
salt and pepper

STEPS
STEP 1

Pre-heat oven to 180C.

STEP 2

Soften the butter, mix in the parsley and yeast and stir to combine.

STEP 3

Cut the loaf in half or in slices leaving end attached.

STEP 4

Spread butter on slices.

STEP 5

Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15 mins or until butter is melted and the edges of bread are golden.
