Egg and Soldiers

INGREDIENTS

2-4 slices of PureBred Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf
2 eggs
1 tsp chives, chopped
salt and pepper

STEPS
STEP 1

Put a small saucepan of water on to heat.

STEP 2

When boiling salt and carefully lower the eggs into it.

STEP 3

At a rolling boil, boil the eggs for 6 minutes for soft, 10 minutes for hard boiled eggs.

STEP 4

Meanwhile toast the bread, allow to cool then butter. Cut into soldiers.

STEP 5

When the eggs are ready put into egg cups, slice of the tops, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives, serve the eggs with the soldiers to dip in.
