Pulled Pork Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 Promise Gluten Free Multi Seeded Roll
1 cup of Cooked Pulled Pork
2-3 Tblsp good quality mayonnaise
1 carrot, shredded
¼ hd small red cabbage, shredded
¼ cucumber, shredded
1 red chilli, sliced
small handful coriander

STEPS
STEP 1

Mix all the vegetables together with the mayonnaise.

STEP 2

Slice the rolls in half both ways.

STEP 3

Load the rolls with the pork and the slaw.

STEP 4

Decorate with a handful coriander to serve.
