Protein Bowl with a side Multi Seeded Brown Rolls

INGREDIENTS

2 Promise Gluten Free Multi seeded brown rolls
1 piece of salmon
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 x Avocado sliced
A handful of pickled red onion
Roast sweet potato chunks
A handful Edamame beans
Red chilli, sliced
Sliced spring onion
Small pieces of cooked Broccoli
A wedge of lime
A sprinkle of coriander

STEPS
STEP 1

Marinate salmon in soy sauce and honey, season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Fry on a medium heat until cooked through.

STEP 3

Slice some sweet potato and drizzle in oil and bake in the oven for 15 mins minutes at 180 degrees.

STEP 4

Slice the avocado and red chilli.

STEP 5

Fill a bowl with cooked quinoa, top with shredded salmon fillet, sliced avocado, edamame beans, broccoli, sliced spring onion, avocado, red chilli, garnish with coriander and a wedge of lime

STEP 6

Slice 2 Promise Gluten Free Multi seeded brown rolls at an angle and toast and serve on the side with your favourite topping.
