Double Stacked Burger

INGREDIENTS

1 Promise Gluten Free Brioche Burger Bun
½ lb of ground beef/turkey/pork/chicken
1 egg
1 slice of bacon
Mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, or other condiments

STEPS
STEP 1

Season ground meat with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Form two patties. Grill on both sides to desired temperature.

STEP 2

Cook bacon until crisp.

STEP 3

Fry egg until whites are solid but yolk is slightly runny.

STEP 4

Toast bun halves until slightly golden.

STEP 5

Top with burger patties, bacon, egg, and your favourite condiments.
